All of the system specifications and resources (manuals, user guides, etc.) needed for the 2016 North Dakota State Assessment (NDSA) Smarter Balanced administration will be available for download from this portal.   • TIDE is now open but the initial upload of test settings to TIDE has been delayed. This information will be loaded to TIDE by January 3 and you will then have access to view and edit your test settings.
